Suzie 18mos - 14

Suzie is a collection of easy-to-sew skirts in sizes 18mo-14 that she can wear all year long. Included is a circle, gathered, and pleated skirt. The skirts are attached to a lined yoke that is flat in the front and finished with elastic at the back. Instructions include an optional lining for the circle or gathered skirt.
