Return Policy
Purchases
All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Please read the Shipping Policy before purchase. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You are also responsible for notifying Linda's asap.
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through www.lindas.com. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information.
Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition, not opened or used in anyway and must have original paperwork and packaging. All products must be in new condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Defective Items
If an item is defected at time of arrival, you have 10 days from order date to call for return options. We require a picture of the item emailed to us at support@lindas.com with what is wrong with item. LEQ must approve the return of a damaged or opened item to assure credit or refund.
Batting
In order to return or get possible defected batting replaced, the customer must have the label from the package and it has to be within 30 days of purchase. Hobbs requires a 12 X 12 piece of batting and label sent to them to determine if it is within their quality standards before a refund or replacement can be issued. A picture of this can also be emailed to support@lindas.com for faster results.

Cancellation Policy- 21 days from the class date for a full refund minus a 5% fee
