Packages shipped for free will be shipped via Economy shipping method.  This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all International locations. If you do not receive your free shipping after spending over $29.99, not including tax, please put in the notes at checkout and our customer service team will verify and credit the shipping if it applies. Offer excludes Priority/Overnight Mail option. Linda's ships orders received within 1-2 business day(s) of receipt of the order. Pre-orders will ship on the date stated on the product on our website. If you select priority mail, we can only guarantee we will get it mailed from our location with the right shipping speed method you selected and timeframe the carriers quote us. We cannot guarantee the shipping timelines, since we have no control over the shipping carrier. Because we do ship on time, we do not offer any shipping refunds if the package does not arrive on time. 

In the event that an item ordered is currently not in stock, we will ship the order and remove the out-of-stock item(s) from your order. You will receive a credit to the payment method used for any items that were not shipped.

Linda's uses the following carrier services: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx at our own discretion. If you prefer one of these methods of shipping over the other, please add a note in the "customer notes" section at the time of check out. Additional shipping charges may apply.  Shipping Prices for Batting to Alaska or Hawaii will be appx- $190.00 but may be higher.


If a purchase and subsequent shipment is made outside of the contiguous United States, please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties. International orders do not qualify for the FREE Shipping promotion, when offered. Regular shipping charges will be applied to all international orders.

International Shipments
Items shipped outside the United States of America may Incur your country's local import tax. Linda’s is not responsible for any local or country import/tariff tax. There may be a possibility that the shipping carrier will contact you prior to receiving your package to collect those additional fees. UPS does have an option for you to select at checkout to let them pay all the duties and taxes ahead of time.


Damaged/Lost Package
If you receive a damaged package or product, please report it to Linda’s Customer Service team at 972-542-4000 within 48 hours.  You will need to provide clear pictures of the damaged product or package and text them to 972-542-4000. 

You will also need to keep all packaging, boxes/package material to process a claim for a replacement or refund. 

If your package has not been received within 21 days, please notify us to start a lost package claim with the carrier used.  

If the package shows being delivered to you, but you didn't get it, USPS, UPS and FEDEX have the right to deny the claim.  If a claim is denied, Linda’s is not responsible for refunding or reshipping the items again without charge.
