Locations
Linda’s ships from various locations. Our main warehouse is located in McKinney, Texas and we have partner warehouses throughout the US.
Processing Time

Main Warehouse - Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Partner Warehouses - Order processing time varies, ranging from 2-5 business days. (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time for items on Pre-order will be determined when the inventory is in stock.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is taking longer than expected please first contact the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
We offer free Economy Standard shipping for orders $29.99 and over, pre-tax. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, US Territories, FPO, APO and international locations.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. There may be a possibility that the shipping carrier will contact you prior to delivering your package to collect those fees. Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note because we ship from multiple locations, you may receive more than one email/tracking number.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package
Linda’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours. Please take pictures of the damaged package and product and keep all packages as this is required for a carrier claim. The carriers have the right to deny any claim. If a claim is denied, Linda’s is not responsible for refunding or reshipping replacement products without charge.
Do not throw anything away until the damaged product or package has been returned to Linda’s, or you have been instructed by Linda’s support team.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information, but if the order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
