Wet N Gone — Water-Soluble Stabilizer
Floriani Wet N Gone is a water-soluble stabilizer that dissolves completely when washed — ideal for freestanding lace, delicate embroidery where any residual backing would be visible, and in-the-hoop projects where the stabilizer is part of the design. Available in 12" and 15" wide x 10-yard rolls.
Medium Weight Firm Tearaway
The workhorse tearaway stabilizer — firm enough to support dense embroidery during stitching, tears away cleanly after. Available in three widths (12", 15", 20") on 10-yard rolls to match every hoop size. Tearaway is the standard backing for embroidery on stable woven fabrics (quilting cotton, denim, canvas).
Heat N Sta Fusible Tearaway
Floriani's fusible tearaway — iron it to the wrong side of the fabric before hooping to eliminate fabric shifting and stretching in the hoop. The fusible bond holds the fabric stable during stitching; the stabilizer tears away cleanly after. Available in 12" and 20" widths x 10-yard rolls. Particularly valuable for lightweight or slippery fabrics.
Cutaway Medium Non-Fusible
Cutaway stabilizer provides permanent support — left in the finished embroidery for applications that need ongoing structure (stretchy fabrics, knitwear, items that receive repeated stress). The non-fusible version is placed behind the fabric in the hoop without ironing. Available in 15" x 10-yard rolls.
