The ability to change orders via your online account is a new feature that we are currently testing. Not all orders currently meet the criteria, but we are continuing to develop this feature and hope to include more order types in the future.

Yes, if you remove an item a refund will be processed to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation if you provided an email when placing the order.

If your order is eligible for online editing, you will be prompted to pay for any items you add before the order ships. The steps are the same as when you placed your original order.

No, changing a payment method used on an order is not available online. If your order hasn't shipped you may be able to cancel it and place a new one. Please note that not all orders can be cancelled online. If not,contact us.While we can't guarantee we can cancel the order before it is processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

No, you cannot add a discount code or pay using Corey's Cash or Store Credit when adding an item to an existing order. You can use a Gift Card.
