- You as the Supplier, and Linda's as the Retailer, connect our two Shopify stores via the free Collective App.
- The customer makes a purchase on our website and the order is automatically sent to your fulfillment team.
- Shopify automatically handles payments to you when the order is fulfilled.
Inventory
- Inventory levels are synced automatically from your Shopify store to the ours.
- If your inventory reaches zero, the product will automatically show as out of stock on the our site.
Pricing
- Pricing is synced automatically from your Shopify store to ours. If you raise or lower pricing, the updates push to us almost instantly.
- Discount codes are specific to each site; codes you create will not work on our store, and codes we create will not work on your store.
- Any discounting or MAP policies an be discussed during onboarding to ensure alignment.
Shopify has done a great job at making the integration of two stores very simple.
Following are the general steps - our team will walk you through in more detail during our onboarding call.
Step 1 - Connection
First, using the free Collective app, we'll connect our two stores.
Step 2 - Product Setup & Import
You determine which products you'd like to list on our website and create a Price List.
We import your products to our Shopify store .
You won't have to worry about inventory or pricing data; Shopify syncs that automatically and you retain control.
Step 3 - Go Live
We activate the imported products in our store.
Customers make a purchase from our website.
You fulfill the order.
That's it!

We'll align on shipping policies during onboarding, including:
- Handling time
- Shipping carriers used
- Return address
- Return policy alignment
You and Linda's will both play a roll in customer service. Typically:
- Us as the retailer handles front-end customer service (order status, returns inquiries, product questions).
- You as the supplier supports fulfillment-related issues (shipping errors, damages, defects), working with our customer service team.
We'll align on the details during onboarding and make sure our teams are connected.
Revenue share margins are determined during onboarding and are set by you when building the Price List for Linda's.
When a product sells:
- The customer pays the us retail price through our website.
- Shopify automatically pays your cost to you directly through Shopify payouts when the order is fulfilled.
No separate invoicing is required.
