Return Policy (with receipt)

Customer has 30 days from date of purchase to return/exchange merchandise bought from Linda’s Electric Quilters (excluding opened or used merchandise, Software, DVD’s, Books, Cut Batting, Patterns and Fabric). No refunds on quilting machines, electronics, digital patterns or digital/virtual classes. Machine warranties apply after machine is delivered. Class payments are non-refundable.

Red River Quiltworks, LLC -Linda's Electric Quilters, DBA is not responsible for bodily injury or damage caused by Quilting machinery, machine parts, notions, training used or any supplies purchased from us online or in store.

 Purchases

All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Please read the Shipping Policy before purchase. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You are also responsible for notifying LEQ asap.

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through www.longarmsupplies.net. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information.

Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition, not opened or used in anyway and must have original paperwork and packaging. All products must be in new condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Pattern & Training Copyright

All digitized quilting patterns displayed on the Linda's Electric Quilters Website are the original works of authorship of “Linda V Taylor”, aka “Creative Designer Lines”. These pattern designs are protected the moment that they were created and displayed in the fixed tangible medium of expression on our website. All Digital/Downloadable/Virtual training intellectual property is owed by Red River Quiltworks, LLC.  They are protected under the U.S. Copyright laws, which are grounded in the U.S. Constitution, and covers both published and unpublished works.

Any unauthorized use, including copy, resale and sharing, is strictly prohibited other than for the use by those who purchase on our website for quilting on their own computerized machines.

International Shipments

Items shipped outside the USA may Incur your country's local import tax. LEQ is not responsible for any local or country import/tariff tax. It is possible the shipping carrier will contact you prior to receiving your package to collect those additional fees.  This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Linda's Electric Quilters mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Linda's Electric Quilters (“Linda's Electric Quilters”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Linda's Electric Quilters’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Linda's Electric Quilters through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Linda's Electric Quilters. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449202466 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Linda's Electric Quilters mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
