Does it stretch?
Yes: moderate horizontal, bias. Use a stretch or ballpoint needle and a stretch stitch or serger so seams move with the fabric.

No, it is opaque.
How do I care for it? Should I pre-wash?
Care: Machine Washable. Synthetics shrink little, but a pre-wash removes finishing residue.
