Candy Cane Table Runner & Napkins Serger Pattern
Get festive for the holidays using decorative and functional stitches on your serger. Stitch up this giant candy cane patterned table runner along with coordinating simple napkins and ties. On the table runner, the stripes are fused to the main then the raw edges are finished like applique with a coverstitch with decorative thread. In between each stripe are three decorative thread chainstitches to carry out the candy cane theme. Around the outside is nicely finished piping around the curves and it is fully lined allowing for the option of having it reversible, 5mm Piping foot required. The napkins have two size options and are a basic two tone completely lined with rolled hem ties to wrap around. Slip a little candy candy inside for added decoration.
