Description
There's not a more common quilt block than the sawtooth star. It's a favorite of mine and constantly proves itself useful in an endless varitety of ways. For the Dreamland quilt, I've kept its basic look, but spruced it up a bit by shrinking it down small and turning it on point. What I love about this pattern is the use of a single fat quarter for each column. I think it gives a more modern look to it while keeping the fabric requirements low. It also opens up possibilities for color playing
