Directions

  1. Pretest on a scrap of fabric before starting project.
  2. Preheat iron to high heat setting, NO STEAM.
  3. Cut VersaTex™ to the desired size.
  4. Place stabilizer on ironing surface, fusible side up. Place fabric on top of stabilizer, wrong side down. Cover with a nonstick pressing sheet or press cloth.
  5. Press and hold iron in place with firm, even pressure for 10 to 15 seconds. Do not glide iron back and forth. 
  6. Repeat by lifting iron to new area and pressing, slightly overlapping previous area until entire surface is bonded..
  7. Allow piece to cool completely before handling.
  8. Sew as directed by pattern or project instructions.
