In the Mix makes a great class for all levels of sewists, from beginners to more advanced makers. We'd suggest a full-day class for this project.

To help students decide which size will best fit their mixer, a pre-class demonstration of how to measure and make adjustments to the pattern would be helpful. Please see the pattern (step I. Determine Size) and the Add-on Video for more information.

We recommend that students come to class with their fabric quilted and everything cut out for their project. So, they should complete all of step II. Cut and Quilt on pages 2 and 3 of the pattern before coming to class.
