Beautiful Italian 6" pelican (duckbill) applique scissors. italian craftsmanship with oval paddle outside blade for lifting fabric to be trimmed away, and curved handle ensures a comfortable grip. cuts through multiple layers with nickel, chrome plating forged steel. althought we coined the phrase duckbill the original name is pelican.
