We just bought two at a quilt convention at the Rosemont in Chicago because of Linda's demo. But when we actually used it at home, its capabilities were amazing. First, it glides so much more smoothly compared to our $50+ cutters. Second, and most importantly, I could easily cut 12 layers of quilt fabric without a hitch. This makes 8 layers a confident cut for me. In comparison, I am only confident cutting 4 layers using my current name brand cutter (fresh blade, etc.). The ball bearings, center post, and no washers for the Ergonomic cutter makes all the difference in the world. Yay for Linda's online!!!
