The 60wt delivers excellent stitch definition at standard longarm speeds — a strong all-purpose thread weight for production quilting. The 80wt is finer, producing more delicate, closely-packed stitch lines ideal for micro-stippling and wholecloth work where thread visibility needs to be minimal.
