Frequently Asked Questions

Quilting Cuddle Juniper or Juniper Cuddle 3?

Same color, different pile — Quilting Cuddle for longarm practicality and denser designs, Cuddle 3 for maximum plush. Holiday-season studios running many minky-backed quilts through the frame overwhelmingly pick this version.

Why does the pile height matter most at Christmas?

December is peak minky-backing volume — the reduced pile turns each load from a wrestling match into a routine job exactly when the queue is longest.

Can both Junipers live in one project?

Yes — identical colorway, so a Quilting Cuddle backing with Cuddle 3 accent elements (or a matching lovie) reads as one continuous green.

What bobbin on evergreen?

Matching deep green, tested on a sample — the saturated ground shows lighter threads.

Beyond the holidays?

Woodland, outdoors, and masculine quilts carry it year-round — the deep green reads nature rather than strictly seasonal.
