Description
Fast2Fuse Heavyweight is a stiff, non-woven interfacing that is fusible on both sides. Press fabric to the front and the lining to the back and you have a firm panel ready to cut and stitch, with no basting. It is easy to mark, cut and sew, and it works with paper as well as fabric, so it suits fabric postcards, boxes, bowls, purse bottoms and other projects that need to stand up.
This craft pack is one 15" x 18" sheet and includes a free purse pattern. For bigger projects, a larger double-sided stiff fusible such as Bosal Craf-Tex Plus (20" x 36") gives you more to cut from; if you want stiffness without fusing, Timtex is the sew-in version of a firm craft interfacing.

- How do I fuse both sides?
- Fuse one side at a time with fabric wrong side down, using a press cloth, and let it cool before you turn it over. Test your iron on a scrap corner first so you do not scorch the fabric.
- Is it microwave safe for a bowl cozy?
- No. Use 100% cotton batting with cotton thread for microwave bowl cozies, or Pellon Wrap-N-Zap. Fast2Fuse is for bowls and boxes that hold things, not for heating food.
