Kimberbell Wash-Away Topping is an ultralight water-soluble topping that goes on top of the fabric, not under it. It keeps stitches from sinking into plush, high-pile fabrics such as terrycloth and fleece, so lettering and fine details stay crisp. A slight texture helps it grip the pile.

After stitching, tear away the excess and dissolve the rest in cool water. It leaves no residue on the fabric. Use it with a tear-away or cut-away underneath; a topping does not replace the backing. The 12" x 10 yard roll covers hoops up to about 8" x 10".
